Cozy Quarters for Two
This small floathouse cabin offers one cozy double bedroom, with adjoining kitchenette, containing a propane double burner countertop stove & sink, propane lights, kitchen wares, and cold running water. This cabin also has a sauna room, with a wood fire heater (some fire restrictions apply as appropriate).
This building sits upon a log raft, covered with decking, which now lays low against the surface of the ocean. Bruce’s first house sat on this float back in 1980, when it was already probably a good 50 years old! Tucked in the back of the bay, this little get-away offers it's inhabitants privacy, and an intimate experience of the romance and culture of floathouse living.
